GMAA elected a new Board - offices moved

The Annual General Meeting of the German Maritime Arbitration Association (GMAA) has elected a new board on 20. November 2019. The longterm chairman Jan Wölper (CMS Hasche Sigle) did not run again after 18 years on the board and nine years as its chairman and was dismissed with great thanks. He is followed as chairman by his former deputy and secretary of the GMAA Gregor Harbs (Ahlers & Vogel). As a new deputy chairwoman Dr. Nicoletta Kröger (CORVEL LLP) takes over the secretariate. With this, the office of the GMAA has moved.

Capt. Michael Pfeiffer, managing director of the VHT Service GmbH in Bremen, was elected further deputy chairman. Esther Mallach (Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein) was confirmed as treasurer. The longterm deputy chairman Falk Fischer (Harren & Partner) also left the baord. He did not run again, either, and was also dismissed with great thanks.
